At THYNG, customization means creating a piece specifically around your idea. Whether you have a design in mind or want us to bring your concept to life, every customized piece is made individually and with care.

HOW CUSTOM ORDERS WORK

01 — SHARE YOUR IDEA
Send us your idea, reference, design, preferred colors, text, or any details you want customized.

You can reach us through WhatsApp or Instagram DM and discuss your requirements directly with us.

02 — 50% ADVANCE PAYMENT
Once the design and details are finalized, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your customized order.

This allows us to begin the customization process and reserve the piece specifically for you.

03 — WE CREATE IT
Once your order is confirmed, we begin working on your customized piece.

Since every customized piece is made individually, the production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design.

04 — REMAINING 50%
The remaining 50% payment is made once your customized piece is completed.

You can choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

PLEASE NOTE

Customized pieces are made specifically according to your requirements, so custom orders cannot be treated like standard ready-made products.
